Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize payment for the products or services requested. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

• Title transfers upon receipt of payment in full

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless products are defective or do not match the agreed specifications. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Contact us immediately if you have concerns about your order.

Limitation of Liability

Wilmington Pallets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
